By accessing and using Gradewell, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Gradewell provides a web-based homeschool management platform that enables parents to track attendance, manage grades, create assignments, log daily activities, and generate compliance reports.

3. User Accounts

To use our service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
  • Transmit any harmful code or malware
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Share account credentials with unauthorized users

5. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Gradewell and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Payment and Billing

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our refund policy
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.

8. Limitation of Liability

Gradewell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
